Downloading the updater on Windows
Stage 1
When you click the link you should see a dialogue box similar to this
(the file name & size will be different from the example shown here):

Click Save and choose a location on your hard disk.

Stage 2
After downloading is complete you should see something like this:

Click Open and a window will open showing the eCLC_update folder:

[NOTE: If you see a list of files instead of just the eCLC_update folder, find the downloaded zip file, right click on it and choose Winzip > Extract to here.]

Stage 3
You now need to have your CLC E-Learning Resource folder open as well.
This can be done by opening your Hard Disk, then the Program Files folder and finally the CLC E-Learning Resource folder.
Drag the eCLC_update folder over to your CLC E-Learning Resource folder:

There may be a delay as the files are decompressed and moved.

Stage 4
Now open the eCLC_update folder and double click the eCLC_updater program.
