Program Updates ~ Book II or Books I/II
Version 2.03b now available (11 October 2008)
NOTES:
1) Use this update if you have Book II on its own or combined with Book I. If you have a Book I & II combined installation you no longer need to check for Book I updates. Book II updates include all updates for Book I.
2) Book I/II users: We also have a separate update of the Introduction movie for Stage 8 (what is involved and do I need it?).
3) If you are having problems with Intel Macs on a network there is a simple fix here.
What is in this update
Update your copy to version 2.03b (from 2.01, 2.02 or 2.03) for the following:

1) For networks with a proxy server which requires a username and password, there is an option on the "Enter licence number" page (and on the Teacher's Home page) to enter and save these proxy server values in the program's preferences. 2) For Macintosh OS 10.5 users experiencing a problem displaying text, there is an option on the Teacher's Home page which solves this issue. 3) The audio in the following four activities has been restored: Stage 3 > Session 2 > Read Aloud pictor Stage 3 > Session 2 > Second and Third Declensions Stage 4 > Session 2 > About the Language: FE Stage 11 > Session 3 > About the Language 2: FE 4) When running a playlist the NEXT ACTIVITY arrow now functions properly. 5) Stage 14 > Session 6 > Understanding tripodes argentei: Lines 1-14 now functions properly. 6) Problems with the dictionary (via the ABC coin) in four activities corrected. |

| 1 | The update is a single compressed file. Click the appropriate link for your computer in the box below. This will download that file to your computer. |
| 2 | Quit the E-Learning Resource program (eCLC) if it is currently running. |
| 3 | Decompress the downloaded file (this is done for you on most computers). It should contain a folder called eCLC_update. |
| 4 | Locate your CLC E-Learning Resource folder. Unless you specified otherwise, on a Windows system it's in your main Program Files folder, on a Macintosh it's in your Applications folder. |
| 5 | Drag the eCLC_update folder into your CLC E-Learning Resource folder (so that it sits alongside "Content", "Xtras" and the "eCLC" application). Let it replace any previous eCLC_update folder. |
| 6 | Now open the eCLC_update folder and double-click the eCLC_updaterprogram. [NOTE: Windows users ~ fuller instructions with diagrams here. |
