<font color='#0000C0'>Overview</font><br>The playlist creator enables you to select a list of activities for your students or yourself (perhaps to show to a class via a projector). Free registration allows you to save your playlists online for you or your students to access from any computer connected to the internet.<br><br><font color='#0000C0'>FIRST TIME USERS</font><br>The grid above is a clickable menu of the contents of the DVDs you have installed. The 1st column show which Books are available. Click on a Book number to show the Stages in the 2nd column, then click on a Stage number to see the Sessions for that Stage in the 3rd column. The 4th column shows Topics within the selected Session, and the 5th column lists the activities for the current Topic.<br>Add an activity to your playlist by clicking its box (it will appear in your playlist in the bottom left of the screen).<br>Try finding and adding activities in a different part of the Course by clicking Stages, sessions and topics.<br>Try clicking each of your playlist activities - its position in the Course will be shown automatically in the upper part of the screen.<br>Now read on...<br><br><font color='#0000C0'>ADDING AND REMOVING ACTIVITIES</font><br>Click the small box in the right hand column alongside an activity to add it to your playlist (which will appear bottom left). Click the box again to remove the activity.<br><br>

<font color='#0000C0'>PREVIEWING ACTIVITIES</font><br>
<font color='#0000C0'>Running an activity</font><br>Click an activity (in the right hand column above) to run it in this part of the screen (you will need to make sure the Preview option is selected). Enlarge it to fill the space by clicking the yellow flash in its top left corner (click again to reduce).<br>

<font color='#0000C0'>Cover pages</font><br>The Cover pages tickbox at the top of the screen is for previewing only - playlist  activities are shown without cover pages.<br>

<font color='#0000C0'>Student's Notes and Teacher's Notes</font><br>Click the Notes radio box at the top of the screen to replace your playlist with Notes for an activity. Click the Playlist radio box to see your playlist again.<br><br>

<font color='#0000C0'>SEARCHING</font><br>
<font color='#0000C0'>Using the Search option</font><br>Click Open Search to find any activity by type, Stage etc. The search page has its own help text.<br><br>

<font color='#0000C0'>TIDYING UP AND SAVING</font><br>
<font color='#0000C0'>Re-arranging the playlist</font><br>Click any activity in your playlist (bottom left of screen) and click the up and down arrows to move it (or the X to remove it).<br>

<font color='#0000C0'>Saving your playlist</font><br>Click Continue to save your playlist on this computer's hard disk (and online if you are registered).<br>
<font color='#0000C0'>Abandoning your playlist:</font><br>Click the Home button to leave the playlist creator without saving anything.<br>
